Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Deposits & Payments
- 50% deposit is non-refundable once prep begins or date is booked.
- Full payment (with 10% discount) is refundable only before writing or scheduling begins.
- Rush orders (48hr turnaround) are non-refundable.
If You Cancel
- More than 72hr in advance: Deposit retained, balance refundable.
- Less than 72hr or day-of cancellations: No refund.
- Performances/workshops: Rescheduling once is allowed with 3+ business days’ notice.
If I Cancel
- Full refund of any payments made.
- I’ll offer a reschedule or trusted referral where possible.
Revisions
- Writing services include 2 rounds of edits.
- Additional scope or new brief = quoted separately.
