- 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work has begun. A small admin fee may apply.
- Rush orders (48hr turnaround) are non-refundable due to immediate delivery timeline.
If You Cancel
- Before work starts: Full refund (minus admin fee if paid in full).
- After work begins: No refund on deposit; possible partial refund on the balance.
- After delivery: No refunds.
- Rush orders: No refunds at any stage.
If I Cancel
- You’ll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
- I’ll try to refer you to a trusted peer if needed.
Rescheduling
- You can reschedule once for free with at least 3 business days’ notice.
- Less than 3 days’ notice may incur a £40 rescheduling fee.
