Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Deposits & Payments

50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started.
Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work has begun. A small admin fee may apply.
Rush orders (48-hour turnaround) are non-refundable due to immediate commitment.

If You Cancel

Before work starts: Full refund (minus any admin fees if paid in full).
After work starts: No refund on deposit; partial refund possible on remaining balance.
After delivery: No refunds.
Rush orders: No refunds at any stage.

If I Cancel

You’ll receive a full refund, including any deposit.
I’ll do my best to refer you to someone trusted if needed.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule once for free with at least 3 business days’ notice.
Less than 3 days’ notice may incur a £40 rescheduling fee.
