Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Deposits & Payments
- 50% deposit payments are non-refundable once work has started or studio time is confirmed.
- Full payments (with 10% discount) are refundable only if no work or booking has begun.
- Rush services (48hr delivery for recording/mixing) are non-refundable.
If You Cancel
- More than 48hr in advance (of booked session): Remaining balance refundable; deposit retained.
- Less than 48hr notice or no-show: No refund.
- After delivery: No refunds.
- External studio bookings may have their own cancellation terms (passed on at cost).
If I Cancel
- Full refund (deposit + balance).
- I’ll aim to reschedule or refer a trusted collaborator if available.
Revisions
- 2 rounds of revisions included for composition and mixing.
- Additional requests = new quote.
